This workout is ideal for those with some fitness experience and a baseline of strength. While the whole workout is about an hour, there is also a shorter, 22-minute segment that still works your whole body. Do the shorter segment when you are pressed for time, and finish the rest later! This workout targets problem areas like under your upper arms, core, and thighs and glutes, but is also designed to strengthen your whole body as well as your bones! You will need a fitness ball, resistance band, and door anchor to follow along.
